Today topic on class of Bowling.................
How to spin your bowl without hurting your backbone

First pick your bowl correctly..
If you :
a) weight over 50kg to 60 kg..use bowl number 10 - 12
b) weight over 60kg to 80 kg..use bowl number 13 - 16
c) weight over 80kg to 120 kg..you cannot bowl..you must be on diet first

Then pick your position like in the picture..
your butt must be up 90 degrees from normal position..

Then gently/slowly throw the ball.............

The result will be:

a) strike
b) No strike
c) Drain ( Longkang)

If you follow this step. may be you will be able to score about 150 to 190...Hahaha
